By accessing our website, making a booking, or staying at any Velunera property, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

3.1 All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by Velunera.
3.2 To make a booking, you must provide all required information and guarantee your booking with a valid credit card or make payment as required by the specific rate terms.
3.3 You must be at least 18 years of age to make a booking.
3.4 Special requests (e.g., specific room locations, bed types) are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed.
3.5 Velunera reserves the right to refuse any booking for any reason, including but not limited to availability, guest history, or suspicious activity.
4.1 All rates are quoted per room per night unless otherwise specified.
4.2 Rates are subject to change without notice until a booking is confirmed.
4.3 Rates may not include taxes, service charges, or other applicable fees, which will be specified during the booking process.
4.4 Payment methods accepted may vary by property and will be specified during the booking process.
4.5 For guaranteed bookings, Velunera may pre-authorize or charge your credit card at the time of booking or prior to arrival as specified in the rate terms.
4.6 All outstanding charges must be paid in full upon check-out.
5.1 Cancellation and modification policies vary by property, room type, and rate plan. Specific policies will be provided during the booking process.
5.2 Failure to cancel a guaranteed booking within the specified timeframe may result in a cancellation fee, which could be up to the full amount of the stay.
5.3 No-shows may be charged the full amount of the stay.
5.4 Modifications to bookings are subject to availability and rate changes.
5.5 In the event of early departure, the full original booking amount may still be charged unless otherwise specified in the rate terms.
6.1 Standard check-in time is 3:00 PM and check-out time is 12:00 PM local time, unless otherwise specified by the property.
6.2 Early check-in and late check-out may be available for an additional fee, subject to availability.
6.3 Valid identification (e.g., passport, government-issued ID) is required at check-in.
7.1 Guests are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful manner that does not interfere with the comfort or safety of other guests or staff.
7.2 Velunera reserves the right to refuse service, terminate a stay, or deny access to any guest who, in the opinion of Velunera, is intoxicated, under the influence of drugs, or behaving in a disorderly, threatening, or offensive manner.
7.3 Damage to property, theft, or behavior that endangers others may result in immediate termination of stay without refund and may lead to legal action.
8.1 Velunera shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations under these Terms and Conditions due to events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of government, acts of terrorism, civil unrest, strikes, or other labor disputes.
9.1 To the fullest extent permitted by law, Velunera's liability for any claim, loss, damage, or expense shall be limited to the amount paid by the guest for the relevant booking.
9.2 Velunera shall not be liable for indirect, special, or consequential damages, including loss of profits or loss of opportunity.
9.3 Velunera does not accept liability for loss, damage, or theft of guest property. Guests are advised to use in-room safes where available and to maintain appropriate travel insurance.
10.1 Velunera collects and processes personal information in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is available on our website and incorporated into these Terms and Conditions by reference.
11.1 These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the relevant Velunera property is located.
11.2 Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms and Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the same jurisdiction.
12.1 Velunera reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. The current version will be available on our website.
12.2 Your continued use of our website or services after any amendments constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms and Conditions.
